Intunix does not claim ownership over customer content.

AI Features and Nia AI

Certain features use artificial intelligence, including Nia AI.

AI-generated outputs:

  • Are provided for informational purposes.
  • May contain inaccuracies.
  • Should not replace professional judgment.

Customers remain responsible for decisions made using AI-generated outputs.

Intunix does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI responses.

Subscription and Billing

Some features require paid subscriptions.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay applicable fees.

Pricing, features, and usage limits may change over time.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically.
  • Users may cancel future renewals at any time.
  • Cancellation does not automatically entitle users to refunds for completed billing periods.

Credits and Add-ons

Certain features may consume credits.

Credits may be:

  • Included with subscription plans.
  • Purchased separately as add-ons.

Unused subscription credits may expire according to the plan.

Purchased add-on credits may have different expiration rules.

Credit balances have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Payment Processing

Intunix does not store complete payment card information.

You agree to comply with the terms of applicable payment providers.

In no event shall Intunix's total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer during the twelve months preceding the claim.
